About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The opportunity: Be the first voice of KGDC for families interested in rooftop solar. Six openings at our Jamshedpur Head Office: 2 Hindi, 2 Bangla and 2 Odia. Apply for the language you speak natively.

What you will do:

- Call residential solar enquiries in your language

- Qualify each lead: roof availability, electricity bill, ownership and interest

- Explain the scheme clearly and answer common questions

- Book site visits for the field team

- Update the CRM after every call

Must-have:

- Native-level spoken fluency in the language you apply for; working English

- Clear,



confident voice and patience with repeated objections

- Basic phone and computer skills

- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Jamshedpur

Freshers are welcome.

Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month plus ₹100 for every lead you convert to a confirmed installation, with no cap. Earning potential of ₹14,000+ per month.

Reports to: Team Lead, Telecalling / CRM. Location: Jamshedpur Head Office (in office).
