Senior UiPath Developer Agentic Automation & Intelligent Document Processing (IXP)
Experience :6 to 10 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Developer with strong experience in Enterprise Automation, Agentic Automation, Intelligent Document Processing, and AI-powered workflow orchestration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath Platform, including UiPath Agent Builder, Maestro, IXP, Document Understanding, AI Center, Integration Service, and Orchestrator.
The candidate should be capable of developing end-to-end solutions that combine RPA, Generative AI, AI Agents, APIs, and human-in-the-loop validation to automate complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade UiPath automation solutions.
Build scalable solutions using Reframe work, Orchestrator Queues, and Dispatcher-Performer architecture.
Develop unattended, attended, and API-based automation solutions.
Create reusable components and automation assets.
Agentic Automation
Design and configure AI Agents using UiPath Agent Builder.
Develop AI-driven workflows leveraging Agentic Automation principles.
Implement agent orchestration using UiPath Maestro.
Build autonomous and semi-autonomous business process solutions combining AI Agents, RPA robots, and human validation.
Implement AI Trust Layer and governance controls within agentic solutions.




Intelligent Xtraction & Processing (IXP)
Design and implement document-processing solutions using UiPath IXP.
Extract and process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents.
Configure Generative Extraction capabilities for contracts, emails, invoices, forms, and business documents.
Implement document classification, extraction, validation, and exception handling workflows.
Integrate IXP with downstream enterprise applications and AI agents.
AI & Advanced Automation
Utilize AI Center, GenAI activities, and LLM integrations.
Develop context-aware automation solutions using AI-powered decision-making.
Implement Human-in-the-Loop workflows for validation and exception management.
Integrate external AI services and enterprise applications through APIs.
Support & Governance
Monitor automations through UiPath Orchestrator.
Troubleshoot production incidents and performance issues.
Maintain automation documentation including PDD, SDD, deployment guides, and support manuals.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding best practices.
Participate in automation governance reviews and code quality assessments.

Required Experience
5+ years of UiPath development experience.
Minimum 2 years of Intelligent Document Processing experience.
Hands-on implementation experience with Agentic Automation solutions.
Experience working with AI-powered workflow automation.
Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, CRM, HRMS, and web services.
Strong knowledge of automation lifecycle management and DevOps practices.
