We are looking for a highly motivated DFX Engineer . The ideal candidate will collaborate with
Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, Validation, and Post-Silicon teams to ensure high-
quality, testable, and manufacturable silicon.

Role Overview
Develop and verify end-end DFX/DFT architectures for next-generation SoCs and ASICs.
Enable robust testability, manufacturability, and silicon quality across the entire product
lifecycle.
Work on advanced DFT technologies including Scan, MBIST, SSN, EDT, IJTAG, and ATPG
methodologies.
Solid understanding of ASIC/SoC design flow from RTL to Silicon.
Knowledge of STA, Timing Closure, LEC, and Physical Design concepts.
Experience in post-silicon validation and ATE bring-up.
Exposure to high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, Ethernet,



USB, CXL, UCIe, or Ser Des
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute verification test plans for DFX features including Scan, MBIST, SSN, EDT,
IJTAG, and JTAG.
Verify DFX implementations at IP, Subsystem, and SoC levels.
Develop and maintain System Verilog/UVM-based verification environments and
testbenches.
Debug simulation and regression failures, driving root-cause analysis and resolution.
Generate, validate, and debug ATPG/Scan patterns for production testing.
Support silicon bring-up, post-silicon validation, and characterization activities.
