1. Key Mandatory Skills

- Workday Studio: Assembly Components, MVEL Expressions, Java Mediation, Error Handling.

- Advanced Custom Reports: Advanced Reports, Data Sources, Business Objects.

- Calculated Fields: LRV, ESI, EMI, Evaluate Expression (EE), True/False, Arithmetic and Date calculations.

- Workday Integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation (DT).

- Web Services & APIs: SOAP, WSDL, REST APIs, RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service).

- Integration Security: ISU, ISSG, Domain Security Policies.

- Workday Core HCM: Worker, Organization, Position Management, Staffing Transactions.

- Troubleshooting: Integration errors, payload schema mismatches, root-cause analysis.
