SAP HR Time Management (CATS) Consultant Job Description

- Configure and maintain core Time Management setup, including Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules (including Rotational Schedules), ensuring accurate scheduling and calendar allocation across employee groups and locations.
- Design and manage Time-Off Balance Management and Time-Off Request processes, enabling accurate accrual, entitlement tracking, and self-service leave request workflows for employees and managers.
- Implement and support Time Capture processes including capturing time against cost objects, WBS elements, or other assignments via CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet) ensuring accurate recording of employee working hours and activities.
- Manage the Review, Resolution, and Approval of Time data,



along with Time Processing (evaluation, valuation, and integration with Payroll), to ensure clean, error-free time data flows into downstream HR and Finance processes.
- Handle Historical Time Adjustments and corrections, ensuring retroactive changes are accurately processed and reconciled, while partnering with HR/Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and support period-end time closing activities.

Configuring & implementing CATS & Mini Master (Only CATS still okay or Mini Master or both are positive)

Cats & SAP PA & OM ( No need for PCR & schema exp)

5+ years of relevant exp ( SAP PA & OM exp) other name for SAP Time CATS is My timesheet (fiori application)
