Fireweave is building the AI Release Engineer for engineering teams — a recent category at the intersection of AI agents, Dev Ops, release management, and engineering productivity.

About the role

We're looking for a high-energy Founding Growth PM to help us turn early customer conversations into repeatable GTM motion. This role is ideal for an ex-founder, early startup operator, or entrepreneurial PM who wants to be close to product, customers, and company-building from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders across customer discovery, design partners, product feedback, positioning, outbound experiments, demos, and early GTM execution.

What you'll do

- Run customer discovery and synthesize product/GTM insights

- Help manage design partners, pilots, and customer follow-ups

- Create sharp positioning, sales collateral,



demos, and customer narratives

- Run outbound and growth experiments to identify repeatable demand

- Translate customer pain into product, roadmap, and messaging input

- Help build the early GTM motion from 0 to 1

Ideal profile

- Former founder, early startup operator, or highly entrepreneurial PM

- High ownership, high urgency, and founder-like energy

- Strong communication, product judgment, and customer empathy

- Comfortable talking to engineering leaders and technical buyers

- Able to operate in ambiguity and create structure from scratch

- Interest in dev tools, AI, infrastructure, Dev Ops, or engineering productivity
