MDM Business Analyst- Pune

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise, particularly across Material/Product Master and Customer Master domains.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality, data profiling, data stewardship, data models, hierarchies, attributes, and master data standards.
- Hands-on understanding of matching, merging, deduplication, survivorship rules, and Golden Record management, with experience analyzing datasets to identify duplicates, anomalies, correlations, and quality issues.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, Semarchy, Profisee or similar, along with experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, data mappings, governance processes, and stewardship workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams, support MDM PoC testing/demonstrations, resolve issues, present findings to leadership, and preferably bring Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or MDM transformation/PoC experience.
