We are looking for a technically inclined and customer-focused professional to join our Process Instrumentation Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, studying applications, presenting instrumentation products, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the face of the company and the primary point of contact for customers.

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical and business requirements.

- Visit client facilities to present instrumentation products and understand customer applications.

- Visit existing customers to study applications and collect feedback.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

- Prepare application write-ups for new customer applications.





- Obtain performance feedback and certificates from clients.

- Achieve assigned KPIs and sales objectives.

- Support research activities and new product development.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines:

- Instrumentation Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electronics Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Chemical Engineering

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Engineering Physics and engineering concepts.

- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Positive organizational skills for handling multiple client cases and follow-ups.

- Solid teamwork and communication skills.

- Good listening and sales skills.

- Willingness to travel to client locations.
