Job Dimensions:
Responsible for daytoday sales activities including sales data registry, payment tracking, and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation.
Responsible for coordinating relevant activities with customers and internally within company regarding AVS sales topics.

Activities:
Prepare and maintain the tracker for Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliation.
Responsible for follow-up and closure of action points related to AR Reconciliation.
Maintain the Sales data registry of AVS Sales account and track payments.
Track Raw-Material Index Impacts on Cost and Pricing.
Maintain working sheet for Raw-Material Indexation of AVS Customers and submit for approvals.
Verify customer contracts, process internal approvals, and maintain pricemovement data of AVS customers.
Assist the Sales Manager in customerrequired formats (quote templates, bid submission templates, payment claim documents, etc.).
Assist the Sales Manager in the preparation of reports and salesrelated presentations.




Keep track of all historical data for sales and AR monitoring and coordination.
Work and communicate internally and with Customers on Sales-related topics.

Context and environment:
You will be responsible for follow-up and closure of Accounts Receivables action items and coordination with customer and within the company on other Sales-related topics.

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from reputed Institution with good academic performance.
Experience: 5 to 6 years’ Experience in Sales and Customer Accounts handling function.
Knowledge: Knowledge of Industrial Machine / offroad business. Casting, Molding, Stamping process knowledge is preferable.
Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi is preferable.
Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, good presentation skills, analytical thinking, systematic working style, Proactive and ability to
work independently as well as part of a team.
