Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Build and enhance executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks

Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights

Partner with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions

Lead discussions around performance trends, risks and opportunities

Drive quarterly business reviews and performance storytelling

Develop data models and analytical logic in Power BI

Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations

Key Competencies & Skills required

Technical Skills:

Advanced Power BI and DAX

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with KPI frameworks and performance management

Ability to work with large datasets and business metrics

Nice to have: SQL / Power Query (nice to have)

Behavioral Skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to communicate insights to senior audiences





Experience working in multicultural / international environments

Robust storytelling and presentation skills

Ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions

Minimum Educational

Qualification:

Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, Computer

Science, or a related field.

Certification if any:

Years of Experience &

Knowledge:

3 5 years of experience in IT/Computer Science

Experience working in enterprise IT environments with multiple

stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Strong collaboration with business and technical teams
