Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU- Consultant to join our team. The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP ISU module. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP ISU and its integration with other modules, as well as experience with utility billing processes, rate design, invoicing, and collections.

SAP IS-U Billing

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP IS-U Billing Configuration:
- Configure and customize SAP IS-U Billing based on business requirements.
- Design and implement rate structures, billing cycles, and invoicing strategies.
- Handle billing master data, rate plans, and price models.
- Perform complex calculations for utility billing, including metered and non-metered data.

- End-to-End Billing Process:

- Manage the complete billing process from data collection to invoice generation and dunning.
- Ensure the accurate calculation of consumption, taxes, and discounts.
- Implement invoicing and collections, including dispute management.

- Testing and Quality Assurance:

- Develop test scripts, conduct testing, and ensure all configurations align with functional requirements.
- Conduct integration testing between SAP IS-U Billing and other modules like SAP FICA, SAP CRM, SAP MM, and SAP SD.

- Support and Maintenance:





- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting of issues in the Billing module.
- Perform system enhancements and ensure system uptime.
- Regularly update system configurations as per business changes.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand billing requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Provide technical expertise to the team, including training and knowledge transfer.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP IS-U Billing module (configuration and customization).
- Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U data structures and tables.
- Experience with integration between SAP IS-U and other modules like SAP FICA, SAP CRM, SAP SD, SAP MM.
- Understanding of utility billing processes, such as tariff calculation, invoicing, dunning, and payment processing.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing.
- Previous experience in implementation or support of SAP IS-U Billing for utility clients.

- Other Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Certifications:

- SAP IS-U Certification (optional but preferred).
