Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – Civil to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and delay analysis for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.

- Prepare and update schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.

- Conduct risk assessment and delay analysis and implement mitigation plans.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor manpower, materials, and resource utilization.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.

- Support project closeout and maintain planning documentation.

Requirements

- B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.

- Strong knowledge of project monitoring, scheduling, and delay analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project preferred.

- Experience handling large-scale construction projects preferred.

- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.





- PMP certification is an added advantage.
