We are expanding our Digital Marketing & Brand Growth team and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend/UI/UX & Word Press Developer to lead website modernization, UI/UX improvements, technical SEO implementation, and digital experience optimization across our corporate brands.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX and Word Press expertise who can independently design, develop, optimize, and manage high-performance websites that support lead generation, brand growth, and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in modern frontend technologies, Word Press development, website performance optimization, conversion-focused design, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities Website Development

- Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites and landing pages
- Build service pages, campaign pages, microsites, and lead-generation funnels
- Develop reusable website components and templates
- Maintain branding consistency across all digital platforms
- Support website modernization and redesign initiatives

Word Press Development
- Develop and customize Word Press themes and templates
- Manage Word Press plugins and integrations
- Troubleshoot website issues and performance bottlenecks




- Manage staging and production environments
- Implement website security best practices

UI/UX & Conversion Optimization
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using Figma
- Improve navigation, usability, and website conversion rates
- Conduct UX reviews and recommend enhancements
- Implement accessibility and modern design standards

Technical SEO & Performance
- Optimize website architecture and technical SEO
- Improve Core Web Vitals and Page Speed scores
- Implement schema markup and structured data
- Improve indexing, crawlability, and search performance

Analytics & Marketing Technology

Implement and manage:

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
