Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dev Ops Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Ansible, Harness, REST APIs, CI/CD practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud-native Dev Ops methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for driving automation, improving deployment reliability, and enabling faster software delivery across multiple engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Release Engineering
Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other Dev Ops toolchains.
Automate application build, test, deployment, and rollback processes.
Improve release quality through automation and governance controls.
Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling Deployments.
Infrastructure Automation
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks.
Automate server provisioning, configuration management, and patching activities.
Implement Infrastructure as Code practices and drive environment consistency.
Platform Engineering
Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Build reusable deployment templates and self-service Dev Ops capabilities.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to standardize Dev Ops processes.
API Integration & Automation
Develop automation solutions leveraging REST APIs.
Integrate Dev Ops platforms with source control systems, ticketing tools, monitoring solutions, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot API integrations and optimize automation workflows.
Monitoring & Reliability
Implement deployment monitoring and observability practices.
Analyze failures, identify root causes,



and automate remediation wherever possible.
Ensure platform availability, reliability, and security compliance.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
Mentor junior Dev Ops engineers and drive Dev Ops best practices.
Participate in architecture reviews and technical governance discussions.
