Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to spearhead a critical Identity Transformation initiative within the IT Services sector. Responsibilities

- Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the identity transformation program, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise goals and timelines.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in program management, preferably within the IT Services industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise transformations, with a specific focus on identity, cloud, or infrastructure migrations.

- Demonstrated expertise in executive stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leadership.

- Strong capabilities in dependency management, risk assessment, and issue resolution within complex technical environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business language for diverse audiences.

- Deep understanding of program management methodologies and frameworks tailored for enterprise-level projects.
