Job Responsibilities

- Clean, set up, and maintain dining tables and service areas.

- Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, present menus, and serve water.

- Take customer orders, enter them accurately into the system, and recommend menu items.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

- Provide excellent customer service and support upselling initiatives.

- Refill water glasses and attend to guest requests throughout their visit.

- Keep service stations stocked with cutlery, napkins, trays, condiments, and other essentials.

- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests.

- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.

- Wash and clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware as required.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the restaurant.





- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing stock and supplies.

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the restaurant/F&B; industry.

- Valuable spoken and written English communication skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Age between 18 and 35 years.

- Friendly, polite, courteous, and customer-oriented personality.

- Neat and well-groomed appearance.

- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Candidates with positive product knowledge and upselling skills will be preferred.
