Hiring Immediately Garment Production Technical Head For An Apparel Manufacturing And An E-commerce Retail Distribution Company Located in Sachin, Surat

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end post-garment production activities from finishing to final dispatch.

- Handle finishing, pressing, folding, packing, tagging, and shipment preparation.

- Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and company standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, and PPC teams for smooth workflow.

- Monitor production targets, efficiency, manpower, and daily output.

- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure proper handling of garments to minimize defects, rework, and wastage.

- Maintain technical standards, SOPs, and quality checkpoints throughout the process.

- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring production and quality issues.

- Ensure timely completion of orders as per shipment schedules.

- Train and guide production and technical teams on processes and quality requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of garment finishing, quality, packing, and production processes.

- Good understanding of garment construction, measurements, workmanship, and buyer requirements.

Experience

- 5–7+ years of relevant experience in garment production/technical operations.

- Experience in managing end-to-end garment post-production activities.

- Prior experience handling teams, production targets, quality standards, and shipment deadlines.

- Experience with export garment manufacturing and buyer compliance will be an advantage.

Salary: 20k to 30k
