Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive mortgage business through the Open Market channel. The role will focus on customer acquisition, team/business development, market expansion, and achievement of Home Loan & LAP targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Home Loan & LAP business through the Open Market channel.

- Generate new business through direct customer acquisition and market sourcing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, connectors and market intermediaries.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

- Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions and business performance.

- Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with internal policies.

Eligibility Criteria





- Relevant experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

- Strong understanding of Open Market sales and customer acquisition.

- Good knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented approach with the ability to deliver business results.
