We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Executive for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, generating sales leads, and maintaining solid relationships with builders, contractors, and project teams.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities for RMC products.Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure companies.Visit construction sites and identify potential RMC requirements.Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales deals.Coordinate with plant, dispatch, and technical teams for smooth supply execution.Follow up with customers for orders, payments,
