Roles & Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Build and maintain a strong agency advisor network.
- Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Generate health insurance business through advisors and referrals.
- Drive advisor activation and regular business performance.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings and promotional activities.
- Maintain positive relationships with advisors and customers.
- Achieve monthly business and recruitment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1+ year experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI Sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to recruit, train and manage insurance advisors.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
