Hiring || Business Development Executive (Field Sales) || Faridabad (Onsite)

Experience: Fresher to 5 years of experience required
Location: Faridabad (Onsite)
Reporting To: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday: Weekly Off

Note: 2 wheeler required

Eligibility & Skills Required:
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and potential clients.
• Willingness to generate leads independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and CRM/App usage.
• Ability to work with targets and performance expectations.
• Candidates should be comfortable with business visits and client meetings whenever required.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing merchants.
• Conduct client meetings,



product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Handle objections and negotiate professionally to close deals.
• Convert qualified prospects into successful merchant onboardings.
• Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and merchant verification.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, payment, and onboarding records in CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and merchant onboarding targets.
• Provide regular performance reports to the reporting manager.
• Support junior team members with sales guidance and market-level inputs when required.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory growth.
• Ensure all client communication follows company-approved terms and policies.
