Role Description The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations for the on-site team in Kathua. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations. The HR Manager will handle performance management processes,



support learning and development initiatives, and assist in designing fair compensation and benefits practices. The role also involves resolving employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture, and partnering with leadership to support organizational growth. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs, support change management, and contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
