About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain professional with experience in FMCG Modern Trade operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating POs, customer orders, invoicing, shipments, inventory, logistics, and daily supply operations across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and align Purchase Orders (POs) with internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with Buyers, Stores and SCM teams for appointments, order execution and deliveries.
• Ensure timely invoice processing as per PO and customer requirements.
• Track shipments and coordinate with CFAs to ensure same-day/next-day supply.
• Maintain Excel-based line-item reports for Modern Trade / CSD / CPC accounts and POs.
• Coordinate with the Vertical Head and Commercial team to maintain daily fill rates and resolve supply gaps.
• Manage warehouse, inventory and logistics operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.




• Plan and coordinate transportation and dispatches for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Monitor multiple accounts, orders and shipments while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Requirements
• Experience in Supply Chain Management in FMCG sales.
• Currently based in Ahmedabad (or open to relocate).
• Exposure to Modern Trade supply chain operations on a national level.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, orders and shipments.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
