Role Description The Sales, Application and Service Engineer EDM/WEDM is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai or Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers for EDM/WEDM machines, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. The engineer will support customers with application development,



process optimization, and programming for EDM/WEDM operations, as well as commissioning new machines. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, providing on-site training to customer teams, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal technical teams, and documenting all sales and service activities.
Qualifications
• Strong technical knowledge of EDM/WEDM machines, CNC systems, and basic mechanical/electrical engineering principles.
• Experience with machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Skills in application engineering, process optimization, and programming/setting for EDM/WEDM operations.
