We are seeking a talented and innovative qualified to join our department as a QM Governance, Warranty Planning & Data Analytics expert. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our data-driven approach to warranty management and quality improvement. Your primary focus will be on analyzing warranty claims and telematics data to develop effective use cases for our quality engineers.
Responsibilities
• Experience range between 4 to 8 years
• Manage and analyze warranty claims data to identify trends and patterns.
• Utilize telematics connectivity data to enhance warranty planning and forecasting.
• Develop predictive analytics models to anticipate potential warranty issues.




• Collaborate with quality engineers to implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on warranty performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warranty management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists.

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. - mech. engg / electrical engg/ automobile engg
Data science - advantage
Electric truck / connectivity / CAN certifications - advantage
