Role Description
ITPL is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to manage and develop the Kerala territory.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the medical equipment / surgical products industry, preferably with exposure to CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and OT Instruments, along with established relationships with hospitals, surgeons, OT teams, and key decision-makers in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights & OT Instruments across Kerala
• Develop recent business opportunities with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
• Understand customer and OT requirements and recommend suitable solutions




• Generate leads and manage opportunities from initial enquiry through sales closure
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, demonstrations, and purchase decisions
• Coordinate with internal service and support teams for smooth installation and customer support
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities
• Achieve assigned sales and territory growth targets

Candidate Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment, medical devices, surgical products, or OT-related product sales
• Experience with CO₂ Lasers, OT Lights, OT Instruments, or similar surgical equipment is strongly preferred
• Existing exposure to hospitals, surgeons, OT departments, and healthcare decision-makers in Kerala will be an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good English communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to understand and explain medical equipm
