Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Justdial’s services, explain offerings clearly, and address inquiries.



Responsibilities include generating leads, scheduling appointments, updating customer information in the system, and following up to ensure effective conversion and customer satisfaction. The role involves working with set targets, adhering to call quality standards, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to support business growth.
