Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kanpur.



The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across relevant financial products and services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include understanding client needs, recommending suitable investment, lending, insurance, or advisory solutions, and coordinating with internal product and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves regular client meetings, responding to inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions in line with company policies. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities, support cross-selling initiatives, and contribute to achieving branch and organizational targets while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
