JD Summary
This role is for an IT Production Support Engineer responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical production systems. The position focuses on production support, monitoring & observability, incident management, and automation engineering, with a robust emphasis on using Ansible and scripting to eliminate manual tasks, improve operational efficiency, and build self healing solutions. The engineer will participate in 24x7 support rotations, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross functional teams to continuously improve production operations.
