Role Description The Community Growth Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and expanding the IFI community across online and offline channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and executing community campaigns, coordinating events, and driving audience participation in show-related initiatives.



The role involves collaborating with marketing, production, and social media teams to create engaging content, nurture fan relationships, and manage feedback loops. The Community Growth Manager will track and analyze community metrics, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to increase reach and retention. Daily tasks also include responding to community queries, managing partnerships, and ensuring a consistent brand experience for participants and viewers.
