Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position focuses on engaging with prospective students and families, explaining international education options, and promoting the organization’s services to generate enrollments. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-person consultations, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with counseling and admissions teams to support student applications.



The role also involves participating in events, building relationships with partner institutions, and meeting agreed sales and performance targets. The successful candidate will consistently represent the organization in a skilled manner and contribute to a supportive, student-centered environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with diverse student and family profiles.
