Role Description The Real Estate Executive for the Interior TKO company at Design & Structure is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities, coordinating property-related activities, and supporting organisation with accurate real estate data and documentation. Daily tasks include liaising with property owners and clients, conducting site visits, supporting negotiations, and ensuring alignment between real estate decisions and interior project requirements.
The role also involves maintaining records of properties, assisting in real estate development plans, providing customer service related to property queries, and collaborating with sales and design teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications




• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including understanding of property laws, documentation, and local regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate Development, including site evaluation, project feasibility, and coordination with design and project teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service, including client relationship management, basic negotiation, and handling inquiries professionally.
• Relevant experience in property sourcing, transaction support, or real estate operations, preferably in commercial or banking sector projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage timelines.
• Basic understanding of interior or construction processes is an advantage; familiarity with Indore real estate market is preferred.
