Role Description The Doctor will provide primary health care services to communities in and around Noamundi, delivering patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment,



and follow-up care in alignment with national and organizational clinical protocols. This full-time, in office role involves conducting outpatient services, managing common acute and chronic conditions, and ensuring appropriate referrals for higher-level care when needed. The Doctor will participate in health camps, community outreach activities, and health education sessions, with an emphasis on maternal and child health, nutrition, adolescent health, and non-communicable diseases. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to data-driven quality improvement. The role also involves mentoring clinical staff, supporting training initiatives, and upholding ethical, patient-centered care in resource-limited settings.
