Target Education & Background

*Eligible Qualifications* : Diploma or ITI in Tool & Die Making, Plastic Mould Technology, or equivalent.

*Target Institutes* : CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology), NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation), or CITD (Central Institute of Tool Design / related technical training divisions).

*Experience Level*
Fresher to 1 Year of experience in a plastic injection molding or tooling environment.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, bench-fitting, and maintenance of plastic injection molds.




Operate conventional workshop machinery including surface grinders, milling machines, and drilling setups under senior supervision.
Perform periodic tool maintenance, cleaning, polishing, and lubrication of mold inserts and core/cavity plates.
Support senior toolmakers in troubleshooting mold issues to reduce production downtime.

*Key Skills Wanted*
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
Familiarity with using precision measuring instruments (verniers, micrometers, dial indicators).
Solid work ethic, discipline on the shop floor, and a commitment to workplace safety.
