What role will you play?

The role focuses on partnering with L&D; teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to identify capability needs and design effective, learner-centred solutions. This includes translating business requirements into learning objectives, learner journeys, project plans, and delivery timelines.The individual will design and develop blended learning solutions across digital learning, virtual sessions, microlearning, videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids,



using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud. They will also create supporting materials including storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner resources.

What You Offer

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and other digital learning technologies.
• This is an individual contributor role requiring 5+ years of experience in learning experience design and digital learning development
• Strong digital learning development skills, including multimedia, interaction design, responsive learning, assessments, and quality assurance.
• Good understanding of adult-learning principles and instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, and agile/iterative approaches.
