Role Description The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a full time on-site role based in Faridabad. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing enterprise sales opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and building long-term relationships with key accounts. Day-to-day activities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, and maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts.



The Enterprise Sales Specialist will also contribute to sales operations processes, support account growth strategies, and provide regular updates on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Lead Generation and early-stage prospecting.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities for enterprise clients.
• Candidates should possess experience in Sales Operations, including reporting and pipeline management.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture and grow existing customer relationships.
• Relevant experience in B2B or enterprise solutions, ideally in sustainability, technology, or consulting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
