The role

We're a US robotics company hiring a remote full-stack engineer in India. The role leans backend, with ownership from database and API through the user interface. We hire for character first. You'll use AI tools in your daily work.

What you will do

• Build production applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and interfaces.




• Improve reliability and write tests that protect key workflows.
• Use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build, review, and debug.

What we are looking for

• Live products or GitHub work demonstrating exceptional ability. No degree or set number of years is required.
• An AI-native workflow: understand the code, test results, catch weak output, and own production quality.
• Backend depth plus the product and UI judgment to ship complete work.
