Ekarna Labs is the independent research and engineering arm of Ekarna Interactive Technology LLP. We design internal architectures, open-source tooling, and developer ecosystems that power next-generation SaaS products using the Google AI stack (Genkit, ADK), Supabase, and strict TypeScript.

Our flagship initiative is Move Compete Play (MCP)—an intensive 6-week developer accelerator. We take students, IT professionals, and technical founders out of the passive tutorial loop and drop them into an active production environment to architect, deploy, and scale live AI-native SaaS products.

Role Description
This Sales Internship is a hybrid role based in Chennai. Your primary mission will be driving growth and managing the admissions pipeline for the Move Compete Play (MCP) cohort. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective builders, helping them understand how MCP can transform them from passive coders into Certified AI Architects.

Daily tasks include identifying target developer pools, qualifying inbound leads,



and presenting the value of the 6-week MCP program. You will engage with potential cohort members via calls, emails, and developer platforms, maintain accurate applicant records in CRM tools, and assist in refining sales pitches and follow-up materials. You will work closely with our core team to translate deep technical concepts into compelling, high-converting value propositions for new applicants.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and active listening skills to interact effectively with prospective cohort members and founders.
• Foundational sales and growth abilities, including lead generation, outbound prospecting, and enrollment pipeline management.
• Ability to understand and convey modern technical concepts (AI, SaaS, multi-agent systems, developer tools) in straightforward, persuasive terms.
• Comfort operating digital tools (CRM software, email outreach platforms, spreadsheets) and learning new systems quickly.
