About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Specialist to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in the online market research industry, with hands-on exposure to RFQ management, feasibility analysis, pricing, and client bidding.



The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple requests within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to client RFQs (Requests for Quotations) within defined turnaround times.
• Assess project feasibility based on target audience, geography, incidence rate (IR), quotas, LOI, and methodology.
• Prepare competitive and commercially viable pricing recommendations (CPI) for B2B, B2C, Healthcare, and specialty audience studies.
• Coordinate with panel providers and internal teams to validate feasibility and pricing where required.
• Recommend suitable sampling methodologies and recruitment strategies for online research projects.
• Maintain RFQ trackers and ensure all bid-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
