Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000/month (Fixed)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Fixed)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end social media activities for multiple brands/clients.
Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars,



campaigns, and growth plans.
Manage and guide the Social Media team, ensuring tasks, timelines, quality, and deliverables are on track.
Coordinate closely with Graphic Designers and Video Editors for creatives, reels, videos, campaigns, and other social media assets.
Review creative concepts, designs, videos, captions, and content before client delivery or publishing.
Personally understand and, when required, handle basic graphic designing, image editing, video editing, and content creation.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor engagement, reach, growth, content performance, and other key social media metrics.
Conduct competitor, trend, hashtag, and audience research.
Handle client communication, requirements, feedback, revisions, and regular updates.
Participate in and lead client meetings when required.
