About CollarUp AI

CollarUp AI is building the AI-native hiring platform for how companies will hire in the future.
Our AI agents work across the hiring funnel: screening candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, joining human-led interviews as an AI co-interviewer, capturing interview intelligence, and helping teams make better hiring decisions.

But we’re building toward something bigger than automating interviews.
Every resume, screening conversation, interview, interviewer decision, and hiring outcome creates signals about what a company actually looks for in talent. CollarUp turns those signals into intelligence that can improve sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ultimately who gets hired.
Today, companies use CollarUp across 12+ countries, from fast-growing startups to large enterprises across financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and other industries.
We’re still early, and we’re moving fast.

Our ambition is to build the intelligence layer for enterprise hiring, where AI doesn’t just automate recruiting workflows,

but continuously learns what great talent looks like for each organization.

Your job is to help build it.
This is a 0-to-1 role with high ownership and direct exposure to almost every key commercial decision we make.
