Cite AI is looking for a Founder's Office (Growth and Strategy) who'll work closely with the founders to boost Cite AI's visibility, drive inbound signups, and scale growth initiatives in a quick-paced, high-impact environment.

What you'll do:
• Work directly with founders on Cite AI's highest-priority growth initiatives
• Drive inbound traffic and visibility across LinkedIn, X, and other channels
• Own 0→1 projects from concept to execution, across content, partnerships, and outbound
• Analyze growth metrics and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Turn ambiguous,



half-formed ideas into structured plans and get them shipped

What you'll bring:
• Recent graduates (Class of 2024, 2025, or 2026)
• Based in Bangalore and open to working from the office
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
