We’re currently seeking a
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Main responsibilities and duties :
• Is accountable for the maintenance activities of the entire plant, and for meeting predefined objective.
• Is responsible for the availability of industrial equipment and maintaining its operational safety.
• Contributes to the development of specifications for current equipment in cooperation with the Technical Group.
• Helps install new production equipment.
• Defines and deploys, in cooperation with Team Leaders preventive and corrective maintenance actions in order to achieve performance objectives and organise the management of spare-parts maintenance.
• Manages the staff placed under his responsibility and makes proposals concerning further developments (training, organisation, assessments, etc.).
• Develops, proposes and controls his department's budget.
