Role Description The Contract Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the lifecycle of commercial contracts that support Taxcart’s global operations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer, vendor, and partner agreements in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, legal, and operations to clarify contract terms, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution.



The Contract Specialist will maintain an organized contract repository, track key dates and obligations, and support continuous improvements to contract templates and processes. This role also contributes to compliance with tax, data privacy, and other relevant regulations that impact contractual arrangements.
