If you've ever looked at a brand's Instagram grid and mentally rebuilt the next month of posts, you belong here.
Most people see a feed. You see the strategy behind it, or the lack of one. We'd like to put that habit to work.

About us
Design Asylum is a branding, packaging and UI/UX studio based in Pune. We've spent 10+ years building brands and products for names like Puma, Kia and Axis Bank, with clients across India, the US and the Middle East.
We also run social media for a mix of brands that couldn't be more different. Our current pages include an exam-prep platform for UPSC aspirants, an auto parts store in Canada, skincare brands getting ready to launch, and our own faceless explainer channel. Each one needs its own plan, its own voice and its own reason for people to follow it. That plan is your job.

What you'll do

• Own the content strategy for several brand pages: what we post, why, and what it's meant to do for the business
• Build monthly content calendars that mix carousels, statics, reels and stories, and keep them on schedule
• Come up with the ideas. You'll brief our copywriter, script writer and designers with the concept, the angle and the reference, then shape what comes back until it's right.
• Plan launches from zero. When a brand has no followers and no posts yet, you decide what the first 30 days look like.
• Run the formats that work for each brand: founder-led reels, street interviews, explainers, educational carousels, product demos, trend reactions
• Read the numbers every week. Reach, saves, shares, watch time, follower growth. Then cut what isn't working and double down on what is.
• Put together monthly reports for clients that say what happened and what we're doing next, in plain language
• Keep an eye on competitors a
