Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Specialist role based in Noida. The Public Relations Specialist will develop and execute PR strategies to elevate IFI’s brand, secure media coverage, and support audience engagement across TV, digital, and social channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting press releases and media pitches, coordinating interviews and press events,



and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets. The role involves monitoring media coverage, managing PR calendars, supporting crisis and reputation management, and collaborating closely with marketing, production, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging. The specialist will also contribute to campaign planning, track PR performance metrics, and help shape communication narratives around key show moments and contestants.
Qualifications
