Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Growth & Marketing Leader with up to 10 years of experience in FMCG, food, bakery, D2C, or consumer brands. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving brand growth and sales across Quick Commerce,



Retail(MT and Premium GT). The right candidate may earn long-term equity and evolve into a strategic management/board-level role.

● Architect a stepped 12‑month and onward growth plan to hit the targets as a 1st Goal.

● Win in channels – contemporary‑trade sell‑through & Q‑Comm search share.
