ET B2B is the business-to-business division of the Times Internet ecosystem, focused on creating high-impact platforms, industry communities, conferences and awards that bring together leading businesses, professionals and decision-makers across sectors.

As part of the Awards Team, you will work closely with the business development and event teams to support some of the industry’s leading B2B awards and recognition platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

* Connect with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails and other communication channels.
* Understand client requirements and identify relevant opportunities across our awards and events.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.





Business Development & Calling

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and organizations.
* Generate leads and support the team in achieving business development targets.
* Explain award opportunities, event propositions and participation benefits to potential clients.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated pipeline.

Data Management & Structuring

* Research and identify relevant companies, brands and decision-makers across industries.
* Maintain and update client databases, lead sheets and prospect lists.
* Ensure data is accurate, structured and regularly updated.
* Track calls, follow-ups, conversions and other business development activities.

Event & Awards Coordination

* Support the team in coordinating awards-related activities before, during and after events.
* Assist with guest, nominee, jury and client coordination.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth exec
