Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – India, MEA & ASEAN

Our client is a global technology services firm serving several hundred enterprise and government clients. Its portfolio spans cybersecurity (advisory, identity, cloud, OT and 24x7 managed security operations), data & AI, cloud and enterprise workflow automation, delivered from operations centres across its regions. It has strong analyst recognition and partnerships with the major security, cloud and platform vendors.

The role

The CRO will own order intake, revenue, margin and forecast accuracy across the three regions, turning a robust capability base into a disciplined, predictable growth engine. The focus is on winning larger multi-year deals, growing wallet share across existing clients, selling the full portfolio rather than single services, and shifting the mix toward recurring managed services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the revenue plan and go-to-market strategy for India, MEA and ASEAN.
• Lead pursuit and closure of large, multi-tower deals spanning cybersecurity, data & AI, cloud and workflow automation.




• Build a new-logo engine in priority sectors: BFSI, public sector, energy, telecoms and technology, retail and manufacturing.
• Grow existing accounts through key account management, cross-sell and renewals.
• Turn OEM and hyperscaler partnerships into co-sell pipeline.
• Build and lead the sales, account management, presales and bid teams, including compensation and quota design.
• Run rigorous pipeline management, forecasting and deal governance, reporting to the Board.
• Work with regional leaders to grow in-country presence in KSA, the UAE and Southeast Asia, aligned to local regulation such as RBI, SEBI, DPDPA, NCA, SAMA and MAS TRM.

About you

• 15+ years in enterprise technology services, with at least 8 leading sales or a regional business unit.
• Background in a GSI, global technology consultancy, IT services firm, cybersecurity services organisation or MSSP.
