Job Description - Senior Electrical Sourcing EngineerExperience: 8-12 YearsRole SummaryThe Senior Electrical Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, cost optimization, localization, and supply assurance for electrical and electronic commodities. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Supply Chain to support New Product Introduction (NPI), localization initiatives, and production continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic SourcingDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned electrical commodities.Identify and onboard new domestic and international suppliers.Drive supplier competitiveness through benchmarking and market intelligence.Develop dual-source strategies to improve supply resilience.Commodity ManagementManage sourcing for electrical and electronic components such as:PCB and PCBAPower semiconductors (IGBT, MOSFET, SiC, GaN)CapacitorsRelays and contactorsFuses and circuit breakersConnectors and terminalsWiring harnesses and cable assembliesMagnetics (transformers,
